What is free on Siyavula

For learners, everything on Siyavula is free, forever. They can practise questions, read our textbooks, and try exam papers. Teachers can see which learners are linked to their school, and see how their learners are working, for free. All verified teachers in South Africa can also sign up to Siyavula for free. With this free account, they can:

• Browse our question bank
• Tell learners to practise what they are teaching in class
• See how the learners who are linked to their school are practising

What a premium teacher account gives you

• Set work: You can choose which questions you want your learners to do, and have their homework and assessments marked automatically
• Check work: Access detailed reports for individual learners and for a whole class
• Put your learners into individual classes (rather than only being allowed to see learners across grades)

How you can become a Teacher Champion

If you’re a teacher at a Q1 - 4 school, you could qualify for a sponsored teacher champion package. Here’s what you need to do:

• Request a free three-month trial with us
