Learners not seeing the assignment sent by a teacher to a class

If you are a learner and you are not seeing an assignment sent to the class by your teacher, you should:

Check if the assignment is not under past assignments
Check if you are linked to the correct grade
Check if you are linked to the class (applicable to Siyavula Premium Teacher Packages)

1. Check if the assignment is not under past assignments

On your Siyavula learner home page click on My assignments

Scroll down and check the assignment under Past Assignments

2. Check if you are linked to the correct grade

Click on your name on the bottom left

Check under Personal Information if the correct information is selected, such as:

Grade (correct grade that the learner is in)
Role: Learner
Subjects: Mathematics and Physical Sciences
School (the school must be searched from the school list and selected when it appears)

If your information is not correct, follow these steps and update your personal information as a learner

3. Check if you are linked to the class (applicable to Siyavula Premium Teacher Packages)

Click on your name on the bottom left of your learner home page

Scroll down to Classes
Check if you are linked to the class under classes that you have joined

If the class does not appear, then ask your teacher for the access code and follow these instructions on how you can redeem the access code and be linked to the class.
