How to reset a learner's password
To reset your learner's password
Log on to your Teacher Account
While on the Teacher Home Page, select the created class or whole grade class that the learner is linked to.
Click on the Admin button on the bottom right corner of the class or grade.
Select Manage Class.
On the Manage Class or Manage Grade Page, scroll down to the learner list.
You can then search and select the name of the learner and click on the Set password button at the top.
Type in the provided box the new password that a learner will use to log on and click on save password.
