School reports

This report gives teachers an overview of their school’s activity, by subject, grade, and teacher. The report can be viewed online on the Siyavula website and downloaded as an Excel spreadsheet.

The report measures a school’s activity against pre-determined key performance indicators (KPIs) that include:

Percentage of learners who have registered (R)
Activity levels (A)
Learning levels (L)

Teachers can also choose to include information on assignments, and extra teacher activity, in the school report. Information is shown both as a table and as charts.

Where you can find the school activity report

Log into your teacher account, navigate to the home page and scroll all the way to the bottom of the page where you will see all the available reports



Select which subject report you would like to see. You can also choose whether you want to see this information for the entire school or by grade.



Choose what you want to see. The School Activity Report gives teachers an overall view of what is happening at the school, measured against several key performance indicators (KPIs).



Click on the button Change to change the information you’d like to see in the report.

Choose the date range
By default, the report will show information by grade and teacher, but you can also see data by teacher classes too
Download the report by clicking the TEACHER ACTIVITY button
