School Activity Report
School reports
The report measures a school’s activity against pre-determined key performance indicators (KPIs) that include:
- Percentage of learners who have registered (R)
- Activity levels (A)
- Learning levels (L)
Teachers can also choose to include information on assignments, and extra teacher activity, in the school report. Information is shown both as a table and as charts.
Where you can find the school activity report
- Log into your teacher account, navigate to the home page and scroll all the way to the bottom of the page where you will see all the available reports
- Select which subject report you would like to see. You can also choose whether you want to see this information for the entire school or by grade.
- Choose what you want to see. The School Activity Report gives teachers an overall view of what is happening at the school, measured against several key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Click on the button Change to change the information you’d like to see in the report.
- Choose the subject
- Choose the date range
- By default, the report will show information by grade and teacher, but you can also see data by teacher classes too
- Download the report by clicking the TEACHER ACTIVITY button
